Moodistory Purchase FAQs

Having troubles purchasing or activating a subscription – this will help you!

Please open Moodistory’s page on the App Store. If you are on the latest version, the button at the top states ‘Open’. If you see an ‘Update’ button, please tap on it.

Please make sure that you are not in Flight mode and either connected to a Wi-Fi and/or Mobile data is on. If that’s the case, please open your browser (e.g. Safari) and see if you can browse the internet. If this is the case, you’re online.

Please open the App Store app and check/tap in the upper right-hand corner on your avatar icon. If you’re logged in, you will see your account details. If not, please log in now.

Please open your device’s Settings, select General and tap on Date & Time. There, please make sure that the option “Set Automatically” is enabled.
